This Swiss photografer has always been working in black and white . He enlarges his silverprints himself, often in huge sizes . He frames them then in iron behind glass.
He is internationally concidered as an important minimalistic artist. His works are in several international museum-and public- collections.
He often works in cycles . He has done bodys where legs become columns , animal portraits in original sizes , where the animals become staging models.
His cityscapes , landscapes or deserts are all taken from the bird perspective: from a flighing Helicopter..His photographs from megacities such as Tokyo, Mexico City and Chicago are opposed to the sandi unlimited deserts.
